In order to minimize the number of violations of the law of discipline and discipline (Garkumplintatib) soldiers, Kumdam VI/Mulawarman carries out legal conseling activities for soldiers in units of the Military Regional Command VI/Mulawarman (Kodam VI/Mlw), one of which is at the Military District Command 1010/ Tapin (Kodim 1010/ Tapin).
The legal counseling was held in the Parikesit Hall of the Military District Command Headquarters 1010 / Tapin (Makodim 1010 / Tapin) with the theme "We Improve Discipline and Legal Order to Reduce Law Violations in Units". Friday, (3/9/2021).
In his remarks, the Commander of Kodim 1010/ Tapin, Lt. Col. Inf. Andi Sinrang explained that his party was happy to receive counseling to provide provisions for soldiers and their families, so that they were always alert, especially in dealing with legal issues, health and mental development (Bintal).
The Commander of Kodim (Dandim) added that soldiers who take part in this counseling can be more stable and understand more about health, duties, and services.
Meanwhile, as a resource person, Major Chk Emma Ratna Gumilar, Kasidukbankum Kumdam VI/Mulawarman accompanied by Serda (K) Rifca Banjarnahor delivered counseling materials including, Immorality, Murder, Double Marriage, Domestic Violence, Persecution, Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE), Drugs, and Military Discipline Violations.
Soldiers, civil servants and the Association of Soldier's Wives (Persit) were very enthusiastic about the delivery of the material. One of them is material on Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE).
On that occasion, Major Chk Emma explained that there were many articles related to ITE violations, especially social media. With these articles, we invite Indonesian National Army soldiers, civil servants and the Association of Soldiers' Wives of the Military District Command 1010/ Tapin (Persit Kodim 1010/ Tapin) and their families to be wise in using social media, avoiding the slightest violation.
"Saying or commenting can be said to be a hoax if there is no truth, and it can be reported according to Article 28 of the ITE Law with a maximum penalty of 6 years and a fine of 1 billion," she explained.
"Therefore, we all need to be wise in using social media, keep our identity in using it," she asked
"If there are Kodim 1010/ Tapin soldiers or Persit women who want to consult about legal issues, please just come to Kumdam VI / Mulawarman," said Major Chk Emma in front of the counseling participants.
Also attending were Staff Officers and Regional Military Commanders (Danramil), the ranks of Kodim 1010/ Tapin along with representatives of the Village Trustees (Babinsa), Head of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana Branch XXXIII Dim 1010, Koorcab Rem 101 PD VI/Mlw, along with administrators and civil servants Kodim 1010/ Tapin.
