Bekasi District Attorney Provides Social Assistance to Residents of Wanasari Village, Cibitung


ThreeNews.Id - BEKASI. The Bekasi District Attorney's Office, West Java, helped residents who were exposed to Covid-19 at the 033 Community Unit Office (RW), Wanasari Village, Cibitung District through a series of relay activities for a full day.

Head of the Bekasi District Attorney's Office, Mahayu Dian Suryandari, said that upon arrival at the RW 033 office, her staff carried out a mapping with elements of the local sub-district government, Tuesday (13/7/2021).

"Mapping and coordinating first with the District Leadership Deliberation (Muspika) throughout the Cibitung District," she said.

The series of activities continued with the delivery of 100 packages of basic food assistance by the Head of the Bekasi District Attorney's Office to the head of RW 033 Wanasari Village at the local RW office.

"Hopefully this food aid can be used optimally by residents in dealing with this outbreak, so that they are more enthusiastic and try to prevent the spread of Covid-19," she said.

Mahayu said in her capacity as a task force to accelerate the handling of Covid-19 in Bekasi Regency, her staff were also obliged to minimize the spread of the corona virus.

Mahayu also took the time to visit one of the residents affected by Covid-19 in the RW and provide symbolic social assistance, as well as provide input and encouragement for residents who were exposed.

"Keep the spirit, sir, and don't forget to maintain the health protocol against this epidemic," he said.

This, said Mahayu, is in accordance with the task of supervising social assistance and part of the public friend of the public prosecutor. The entire series of activities this time was carried out with due observance of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Mahayu also appealed to volunteers in the RW to continue to help and update data and report to the post if there were residents who were newly exposed.

"For business on the road, the police, civil service police unit (Pol PP), the Indonesian National Army (TNI) and the sub-districts themselves, now for volunteers, specifically in their respective RW areas so that they can minimize the spread of this epidemic," he insisted. (Sigit/Tuk)
